You can cancel your account with the Center for the Treatment of Pain by contacting customer support and choosing the appropriate selection from the drop-down menu.

You will receive this error message when trying to log on to TreatmentOfPain.org if your Username or Password does not match what we have in our system. Here are a few things to check before contacting Customer Support for assistance:

• Your Username is your e-mail address. Try re-entering your Username with your full e-mail address. If you have recently changed your e-mail address or have more than one, please try all possible options. If this does not work, please contact customer support for further assistance. See contact information at right of screen.
• Your browser settings may be causing a conflict. Check that your browser’s security settings are properly adjusted.
